The Borneo Cultures Museum, situated in Kuching, Sarawak, is by far the second largest museum in Southeast Asia.

This purpose-built museum has a total exhibition area of approximately 70,000 sq ft distributed over 4 levels of exhibition spaces. Located at Level 2 are the Children’s Gallery and Arts & Crafts Gallery while Levels 3 to 5 showcase thematic galleries featuring museum artefacts and multisensory experiences.

Impact Design is honoured to be appointed the fit-out contractor for all the exhibition galleries in this museum. Our work scope covers gallery fit-out works, supply of museum grade showcases and lightings, production & fabrication of custom-built items, graphic artwork production, development and production of audio-visual and multimedia contents and overall project management.
